- +How long will it take for my order to be processed once received?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once the order is processed your item(s) will be promptly shipped.
- +Will I receive an order confirmation or tracking number?
When the order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order. Once the order is shipped you will receive another email containing a tracking number.
- +How can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
If you would like to cancel or change your order you will need to contact us immediately (preferably by phone). If your order has already shipped we will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order at that point.

No, you do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.
- +What are my shipping options?
We ship priority mail through USPS. You can either have your order shipped standard or express mail.
- +How long will it take for me to receive my merchandise?
Depending on the method you choose, it can take either 1-2 business days for express or 3-5 business days for standard after your order is processed.
- +Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. Please be aware of your country’s guidelines before submitting your order. Your local Postal Service can supply this information to you. All international orders are shipped via USPS Express International. The rate for international shipping is $40. International shipping can take 3-10 days for delivery. We mark all of our international orders as “gifts.”
*** Customers are fully responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their country for their purchase made at the Red Vixen. These fees are to be paid by you and can be significant. You are responsible for checking with your local government for rates. We will not refund an order because you do not want to pay taxes or duties charged by your local government agencies.
- +What happens to undeliverable or refused packages?
Undeliverable and refused packages will be subject to the original shipping cost plus the cost of the return shipping. Refunds will be less the delivery and return shipping costs. Also reshipping fees will be charged on all reshipments. Please contact us within 5 business days to request your order to be reshipped. After 5 business days if a reshipment is not requested a refund will be issues minus the shipping costs. ***Note: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address is correct.
- +What is your exchange/return policy?
Exchanges/Returns are accepted if items are sent back within 7 days from the date that USPS shows delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and contain the tags still attached to them. ALL SWIMWEAR IS FINAL SALE. We advise that you call (1-855-55-VIXEN) or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to initiate a return. Please provide your invoice number, item and the reason for the return/exchange. **We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.
